Ed Cooley and his staff are welcoming 7 new players in a major recruiting haul

The NCAA Transfer Portal is churning and few schools nationwide have been as busy as Providence College.

Ed Cooley and his staff have worked magic with the transfer game over the last few seasons with the result being a trip to the 2022 Sweet Sixteen. Now it’s time to fill in more gaps in the program and the Friars have tabbed five transfers from what is a deep and talented Transfer Portal.

On this edition of the 401 Podcast, we introduce fans to all of the newcomers. We caught up with Bryce Hopkins and Devin Carter, two of the headliners in the class. Hopkins joins the Friars from Kentucky while Carter heads to Providence via South Carolina.
