 The Friars open their season on Tuesday, Nov. 8, and while Election Night will garner much of the attention in Rhode Island, the return of Ed Cooley’s guys will make an impact. The Friars will raise their very first Big East regular season championship banner to the rafter of the Amica Mutual Pavilion so fans are advised to get to their seats well before the 6:30 p.m. tip!
