UConn will host PC Tuesday in a huge game for both teams
It’s mid-February so every game is supposed to grow in importance and that’s certainly the case for the Providence Friars and Connecticut Huskies.
PC is in Storrs for the first time since 2013 on Tuesday to face the Huskies. The Friars (11-10, 7-8) have won two games in a row for the first time since late December and badly needed to make it three. The Friars beat UConn last week at Alumni Hall, 70-59, behind a stout defensive effort that somehow needs to be repeated.
